Shipping
We ship your items via UPS ground 1-6 day service. Your items will be shipped within 2 business days after payment has been received and cleared. An invoice will be e-mailed to you with the UPS tracking number when the item has been shipped. Currently we only offer UPS shipping to the 48 continental United States, and we do not offer international shipping. We will ship to Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico using USPS Priority Mail, but there may be an extra charge.
UPS Overnight and 2nd Day shipping are available for an extra cost.
Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Most items can be returned within 30 days of receipt for a refund. Contact us for a return authorization number; a returned item will not be accepted and payment will not be refunded without one. If you do not want the item and it is able to be resold, we will refund you only if it is returned in its original packaging and documentation, the manufacturer's tags are still on, and the item has not been used. If these criteria are not met, a 25% restocking fee may apply, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If your product is damaged or defective, please notify us within 5 business days from the date of delivery. If the product was damaged during shipping, we will provide an equivalent replacement item. In some cases, the manufacturer may decide to replace a defective part rather than replacing an entire item. If a replacement is not available, we will issue a full refund including all shipping charges.
